At ROOTOPIX, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, and we strive to provide the highest quality skincare and beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (applicable for change-of-mind returns).
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for used, opened, or personal care products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@rootopix.xyz with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Proof: Attach photos of the product, packaging, and any damages (if applicable).
- Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on returning the item.
- Ship the Item: If approved, send the product back to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where ROOTOPIX is at fault.
- If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need a replacement, please follow the return request process above and specify that you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins, and changes may not be possible.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
